Do you hate yourself? No? Then, why are you eating the wrong foods?
Did you not know that if you continue to eat the wrong foods, you are poisoning yourself and could be sentencing yourself to life threatening illnesses?
You must choose now to eat the right foods, I do not care how good it look or taste? If you choose not to, then I assume you must hate yourself?
Do you want a bite of this, every night? If so, get prepared for your funeral, to write your will in so many years and leave everything behind.
